It starts with thoughtful vetting. Every application is reviewed by a real person. We don’t rely on automation or surface-level filters, because the strength of the community depends on intention and alignment. For that reason, we accept approximately 25% of applicants.
From there, we make introductions. Members can request direct, natural introductions to other members for friendship, dating, or professional connection. These introductions are always intentional and always member driven.
What happens next is up to you. Members are encouraged to take the lead—reaching out through our private directory, meeting on their own schedules, and connecting in ways that feel natural, often over meals at restaurants they already love.
We also stay involved. Each year, we host one official annual gathering open to all members, with the host city rotating. From time to time, we may host additional events in cities with strong engagement. These are meant to enhance the experience, not define it.
When a highly curated group is built around shared interests and values, connection becomes easier and more natural. Once inside the ecosystem, we help expedite connections by enabling members to connect directly, request unlimited direct introductions from us, and build relationships on their own terms — for friendship, dating, or professional connection.
