THERE WILL BE FREE UBERS for those who don’t want to trust the subway. Ubers will pick up and drop off near Union Square. The Ubers will leave at 11:45am – they will not wait.
***You MUST let us know if you will be taking the Uber no later than 72 hours in advance.
COST: $150 (includes Chicken class as well as wine and a nice spread)
Expect: Expect great wine, amazing cheese, and a beautiful charcuterie while we discuss the many options for breaking down chicken and we learn techniques for utilizing the entire bird – bones, offal, and all! Then we refresh our knife skills and learn to truss, spatchcock, and cut our birds! We will get to take home our fresh poultry so get your favorite chicken recipes out and sharpen those knives!
