Cuisine: Sushi a la carte dinner with the option for tuna nakaochi
Expectations: Expect a night of deliciousness as we eat off the regular menu at Saito, a hidden little gem in Nolita. Here we will have the opportunity to experience Nakaochi (tuna that is harvested from the ribs closest to the bone). We will use clam shells to scrape the meat off the bone – literally – and make our own hand rolls!
